He has held the positions of VP of Sales, Division Sales Manager, National Recruiting Manager and Sales Training Manager. His involvement with two direct selling start-up companies gave him extensive experience in the recruitment and training of an initial core group of consultants. In addition, Don has extensive experience in the design and implementation of compensation plans.
